East Villa: Dialectical behaviour therapy-informed day therapeutic community for men with personality disorders. A new therapeutic community opening in a stand-alone building on the site of The Retreat, York in the Spring of 2013.

"Bridging the Gap PD Services Ltd is a new company jointly owned by The Retreat York, and
Community Links, Leeds. This company is setting up a new day service for up to 20 men in a standalone facility in the grounds of The Retreat York, called East Villa.
"We are now recruiting staff to become part of a multi-disciplinary staff team to start up and run the
service. We are looking for the following posts to be filled:
Clinical Team Lead. Job Description
The Clinical Team Lead will be both clinically responsible and accountable for delivery of the East
Villa Service
Reintegration Lead. Job Description
The Reintegration Lead is responsible for the delivery of the reintegration pathways for men
transferring from secure or custodial settings returning into the community.
3 x SMART (Social Milieu and Reintegration Therapists) facilitators. Job Description
The focus of the role is to provide a high standard of Therapeutic Community (TC) therapy and
DBT for a group of men with Personality Disorders (PD) within a multi disciplinary staff team
Community Administrator. Job Description
The focus of the role is to provide a high standard of administrative support for the staff team and
liaison services for men with Personality Disorder, working within a multi disciplinary approach.

This is an all day event and will include a presentation, interviews and group activities. The
